One half down is required for all orders.
One third down is required for all stock purchases.
Balance on orders is required 90 days from the day the dress arrives at the store. Balance on a stock purchase is due 90 days from the day of purchase.
A $15.00 Service Charge will be charged on any gown that is selected and not purchased due to cancelled weddings and etc. A $15.00 credit will be given if anything is purchased in the store within 1 year by that person.

Measurements for out of town weddings are complimentary.
Layaways are stored on the premises for no charge.
Layaways that have exceeded their payment deadline will be notified by phone first then by mail. After 30 days without a response, the dress will be returned to stock and all monies will be lost.
Unless specified otherwise, bridesmaid's gowns will not be ordered until all measurements and payments of half down have been received.
All garment orders require at least 12 weeks for delivery.
Extra charges such as a hallow to hem, extra train length, large sizes will be added automatically at the same rate we are charged by the company.
An estimated ship date will be provided at the time of ordering. Your garment will arrive 7- 10 days after that date.

All alteration fittings must be schedules.
A bra, shoes, and crinoline are required for all fitting in addition to any other foundation garments.
Brides should anticipate 3-4 fittings beginning 6 weeks before the wedding.
Bridesmaids 2-3 beginning 2 weeks before the event.
Prom 2-3 beginning as soon as possible
Dresses will not be available for pickup at final fittings.
